There are 2 types of women entrepreneurs which are you?

In my experience there are 2 types of women entrepreneurs, the 1st follows the personal philosophy I call "winner takes all". These women are highly completive at the expense of others. They fight their way to success, leaving behind the burned bridges, personal disaster, and personal injury to those they view as in their way. You know these women, the sabotage others for their success.  If this is not you then you know these women and how they left your feeling.

  

The second type follows the personal philosophy I call "everyone wins, more is achieved" and is a form of community mentorship.  These women community mentors are in our communities setting the example, sharing their experiences, gathering groups of women providing support, encouraging them, believing in them more than they believe in themselves. Community mentors believe we are more when we are joined to a bigger women community leaning into each other’s  strengths. 

Imagine what it would be like to bring our community of women entrepreneurs together to grow stronger, build women mentoring relationships, to advocate for one another, collaborate and provide support to strategically overcome women entrepreneur barriers and support business growth. Women entrepreneurs pride themselves in multi-taking but fail to build business education, mentoring, and the community connections needed to support a resilient business. 

Women entrepreneurs face many challenges that men entrepreneurs do not face. These challenges can only be overcome with women to women mentoring, resource building, connecting and confidence that is unshakeable. This only happens within the context of a women entrepreneur community.
