So, what's your plan to reduce stress in your life? I've got your back on this. I have put together for you a stress management calendar and challenge to help guide you through reducing stress by making healthier lifestyle choices. According to Healthline "Stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional strain caused by adverse circumstances. At one point or another, most people deal with feelings of stress. In fact, one study found that 33% of adults reported experiencing high levels of perceived stress."
Note stress is a PERCEPTION, which is a choice. Since feeling stressed is a choice, then you can choose to not be stressed, right? To make this choice easier it's important to be at your best mentally, emotionally and physically by starting with practicing living a healthier lifestyle. Let's face it when you are tired, malnourished, anxious, and depressed making any kind of choice is hard.
